MIXOLOGY MADNESS
Kick up your heels with this exciting mixology & munchies challenge. Do you have what it takes to be the mixologist to win International Bartender of the Year? We’ll find out in our customized cocktail challenge. You want to be the next Gordon Ramsay or Guy Fieri? We’ll see if you have what it takes in the finger sandwich face-off. These are the basis of our Mixology Madness.
Teams complete a variety of mental and creative tasks, using our iPad Minis and Premier Pursuits®, our proprietary app, to earn the supplies needed to prepare their cocktails, finger foods, and décor equipment. Topping it all off is the tasting at each team’s unique station. So get ready, because it’s time to celebrate! Oh, and that’s shaken, not stirred.
The Experience At A Glance
After the formation of teams and some spirited activities to get the energy flowing, teams complete various mental and creative challenges, using iPads and Premier Pursuits®, our propriety app, in order to earn the supplies needed to prepare their cocktails, finger food, and décor equipment. From there, the cocktail and culinary creations begin.
We’ve designed this experience to highlight and showcase the geographical area of your event. A few examples include:
New Orleans: Hurricane Cocktails, Sazerac Cocktails, and Muffuletta Sliders
Florida: 90-Miles-From-Cuba Mojitos, Key Lime Martinis, and Shrimp, Avocado, & Mango Salsa Sliders
The Southwest: Classic Lime Margaritas, Cowboy Comfort Honey Whiskey Lemonade, and Mini Chicken Tacos
New York City: Cosmopolitans, Classic Old Fashioneds, and Mini Pastrami on Rye Sandwiches
New England: Seabreeze Cocktails, Cape Codders, and Seafood Salad Sliders
The names of the cocktail and culinary delights to be concocted, required ingredients, and preparation paraphernalia are all provided. Your participants provide the two remaining pieces . . . collaboration and creativity. For larger groups, we are able to have a variety of different culinary items, mixing it up a bit.
In addition to the culinary challenge, teams are tasked with creating a name, logo, and live publicity presentation to market their buffets.
While the final scores are tabulated, participants have an opportunity to sample other teams’ cocktails and muchies, as they wait, with bated breath, for the announcement of who will take home the gold medals!
“Matt always comes through with designing the perfect event for our team and tailoring it to our needs and requests. He shows up fun, interactive, and acts like he loves his job, which is a positive plus to the participants. Even before the event, he makes it fun and funny.”
It’s important for us to have a personal connection with you. As a result, we don’t provide every little detail here.
